Cutting
High-tech equipment guarantees flawless cutting quality. This leather cutting machine has been in our company since 2001. This computer-controlled system, designed specifically for our needs, performs the following tasks fully automatically:
Scanning the skins.
Detecting and locating defects in leather using a laser system.
Cutting the leather using tangential or circular knives or a special scoring tool.
After careful selection, all leather parts that come into contact with the frame and base of the seats are provided with a foam layer for greater comfort.
Assembling
Our inimitable "Haute Couture" style is not only due to the quality of the carving, but also to the impeccable finish of the product.
